  3. Design Your Shirt: Here's where the fun begins! Email us your design ideas at cacasbest@gmail.com  then simply send us an email detailing what you want on your shirt. Whether it's a logo, a slogan, or a unique graphic, our team is here to bring your vision to life.

  4. Proof Approval: After receiving your design specifications, we'll create a digital proof of your custom shirt and send it to you for approval. This ensures that every detail is perfect before we proceed with production.

  5. Production and Delivery: Once you give us the green light, we'll get to work bringing your custom shirts to life. Our efficient production process ensures that your order is completed with the utmost care and attention to detail. Then, sit back and relax as we ship your personalized shirts right to your doorstep.

Return Policy:

We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.

We offer refunds if you meet the following: 

(1) If it is a mistake on our End, you have 3 business days after delivery to contact us to start the return process. We do not cancel so please make sure you are 100% sure of the item before purchasing.

(2) Email us at support@cacasbestshop.com  (Name, Order Number, and any information about why you are requesting a refund).

We have a 14 - days money-back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once everything is complete, we will process your refund and it may take 3-5 business days to process through your bank.
